Q1. Do I need a gaurantor?
A2. No. Please put down your your family/friend contact (in your home country) and also an emergency contact in Japan (someone to call/email when you are sick or emergency circumstances).

Q2. Do you charge Key money (Reikin)?
A2. NO. We do not charge key money.

Q3. Is the deposit fully refundable?
A3. Yes, your deposit will be fully refunde after inspection on the day you leave the apartment. You will be aksed to clean up your room the best you can and return it to its original condition for the next occupant. Optional cleaning service is also available.

Q4.Is there an introduction fee or agent fee?
A4. No.

Q5. Is fire insurance necessary?
A5. Fire insurance is optional.
